About Me
My love of dogs brought me into the world of dog walking. Once I was there, I was constantly disappointed by the leashes I was handed. Walking many different dogs exposed me to nearly every leash on the market, and there was never the perfect one. Something was always missing—for me and for the dog. That frustration turned into obsession. I fixated on the gaps in leash design because they directly affected safety, comfort, and the ease of the walk. Leashes stayed wet, made my hands smell, offered no easy way to grab close to the collar when I needed to react fast, and rarely worked hands-free—something you need if you’re holding a coffee or checking your phone. Instead of waiting for a better leash to appear, I mapped the problems and built it myself in Toronto. After months of iteration and testing, I created a hands-free, waterproof, odor-proof leash with close-range control when it matters. Sunday Walks always puts the dog first, with the person walking them a very close second, creating a distraction-free leash so you can simply enjoy your time together.
